  1. CATALOG-ON-A-DISK version 1.1 makes it easy for  your customers see your
  2. catalog on their computers and order from it.  It is so easy to use that
  3. customers won't put off ordering.  It's simple for your customers to find 
  4. what items they want and generate an order form that can be mailed, faxed, 
  5. or sent to you by modem.  You can configure your catalog's colors, opening 
  6. screen and the header above the section menu, as well as the order form.

  8. Each category can hold 159 items, including their order number, name, 
  9. price and a 4 line description of the product.  You may have a total 
  10. of 99 categories (for a total of 15741 items, disk space permitting).  
  11. Customers may browse through categories of products, or search foa a 
  12. specific one.  Your catalog is kept in compressed files so more product 
  13. listings can fit on the disk.  These are very easy to create on any word 
  14. processor or text editor that can save files in pure ascii format.  Then 
  15. use CATALOG-ON-A-DISK to compress the files.

  17. CATALOG-ON-A-DISK can import and export catalogs to ascii delimited files.  
  18. It works on IBM XT,AT,386,486 and compatibles, on monochrome, CGA, EGA and 
  19. VGA adapters, with DOS 2.1 or higher.
